
Refund and Exchange Policy for Arc Creations
At Arc Creations, we strive to provide you with high-quality, custom laser-made and print-on-demand (POD) products. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This policy outlines our process for refunds and exchanges.
Eligibility
We offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange for your undamaged product(s). Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our laser-made and POD products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this timeframe.
Reasons for Return or Exchange
We will happily accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will require photographic evidence of the damage before processing your request. In this case, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs after we receive the product.
Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will verify the mistake and arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Customized products unless damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at arccreations1209@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Return Shipping: For products other than damaged or defective items, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own peace of mind.
Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange and ship the new product to you.
Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, we will credit your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
